Radisson Blu Beke Hotel, Budapest

Room was very clean and pleasant and staff were excellent on arrival and all throughout my stay

I loved my room it was ultra modern with awesome lighting a spotless bathroom and a nespresso machine. The breakfast was excellent

Breakfast was great , location was fantastic. We loved this City.

The room was spotless. Especially the bathroom. The room was also well equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located about a 10 minute walk to St Stephen’s Basilica, but about a 20 min walk to the Chain Bridge. Jewish Quarter was about a 15 min walk. The area is well located for restaurants and bars etc

We did not get hot water in our room even after informing at the reception right after check in and hotel have refund the money to hotels.com as an apology .

Grand entrance with lovely staff, but average rooms that show the age of the hotel. The room could’ve been cleaner, mould in the shower, gaps between the floor tiles and splash marks on the bedside table did not add to the experience. The car park is tiny and could not accommodate me as they were fully booked, messaging the hotel at the time of booking had very little effect as there was no space left when I arrived, lovely staff recommended a nearby car park which amounted to roughly double the price (900 HUF/hour). I will probably look for other higher brands when coming back ti Budapest.

This was a lovely hotel in great area for exploring the city. A short walk to the tram stop, good breakfast choices & a light airy enterance. It would have been a 5 star review except.... Our stay was early October it was upwards of 16°c outside and full sunshine. Our room on the 8th floor, in direct sunlight and was absolutely boiling. The air-conditioning wasn't working and the room was unpleasantly uncomfortable. I spoke to the staff on three or four occasions, they didn't seem paticularly bothered and advised that the a/c was switched off now and it was only heating as it was the winter season. They did open the window (only one would open) which made it a little more comfortable however we would have preferred it to be cooler - we both woke on all 3 days with a headache from the stuffiness of the room. In a hotel of this standard, I would expect to be able to choose the temperature of my room myself and not be dictated to about whether it is hot or cold.

Warm, very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful furnishings and condition throughout. Sauna and gym area was great, bedroom, bathroom very well laid out with coffee machine. The only issue I had was 3 out of the 4 nights the AC was broken and did not end up working. Which resulted in a room that was too hot to sleep or relax in.

Staff at front desk are amazing, go above and beyond to help when you need.

Business trip but the room table is not suitable for it, maybe for vacation, we booked total 3 rooms with other colleagues, 1 room has broken shower head, 1 AC isn’t working, 1 got a smaller room etc. overall not really satisfied with such conditions. Also parking one front desk allows for none payment for the 2nd car which parks less than 6 hours, but the next day we got asked for the payment…

The room was very clean and comfortable.

Good place to stay, close to hop & off bus stop.
