Stayed at Hyatt Regency Kuantan and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Rizal was very friendly and helpful, and kindly allowed early check-in at around 3pm and late checkout at 1pm, which was very generous. The hotel explanation was clear, and the accessibility around the hotel was good. Overall, smooth process and great service.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 1 night. I loved the view and the staff were very friendly. I have no regrets about choosing this hotel. The staff member, Devi, in the lobby, was very helpful, very kind, very friendly. She knew what I wanted before I asked. It was excellent service. I really liked this hotel.
