The room was spotless, the guesthouse cozy, and the experience awesome. Only thing I’d change, there was a bright florescent light right outside our window, was like sleeping on the sun (in November), even with the blinds closed. Also it was SUPER hot. Had to open the window to make it sleepable.

Would definitely recommend! They have all of the amenities you need, plus everything you may have not realized you needed. The room was clean, the hot tub was great to soak in after a day of exploring. We really enjoyed our two nights at this property!

The host is a fantastic person. We were kind of lost, instead of the guesthouse we were at the apartments and fortunately we met the host at the apartments. She took us to the guesthouse - driving alongside us, provided us with food items and her daughter-in-law provided with list of place to see. Rooms were great. Best part was the cleanliness. We were provided with house slippers. There were 2 dogs that were friendly and greeted the visitors..fantastic and loved it a lot. Thanks!

Good location for the golden circle, relatively close to Selfoss, guesthouse clean and comfortable, good to be able to have use of a kitchen. Would stay again
Only downsides was kitchen was missing oven trays and the kettle was temperamental as to whether it worked. Bed linens were also quite thin and seemed quite old

Very very clean and well equipped.
Only a few mins off of Highway 1 a few km East of Selfoss
Communication with the host was also easy with prompt replies.

This place was just what i needed to escape the crowds. Clean, quiet, great floor plan, plenty of shared space. Fully stocked kitchen had oil and spices, coffee and tea. Cute horses live next door. Hot tub was sublime. The bed was super comfy, hot shower. I cannot reccommend enough!!

Overall a great , clean, spacious property. Room was clean and bright, comfortable beds. Dining and kitchen area is very spacious and spotless. The only thing we didn’t like much was the bathroom situation, two showers in one bathroom so if one person is using shower, you have to wait even though there is another shower in there. It’s also a bit tricky to find the house at night so definitely keep that in mind if you will be arriving late.
