The Four Seasons is a gorgeous well located hotel in Mumbai. They are more than 70% through their renovation program. While there are aspects of the old Four Seasons that I miss, the new decor is sumptuous… as one would expect from Four Seasons. The service is attentive and personalised. I can’t wait to return!

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Few aspects were below par but once the staff was made aware of it they were very forthcoming in making sure they compensated for the inconvenience and were very helpful and understanding. Tejas was amazing!! Ask for Tejas ;)
