Hotel Airport Metro

Found hotel easily, short taxi ride from airport (400 rupees). Convenient and we had a late (after midnight) checkin. No issues, tho I had phoned ahead to tell them we would be coming so late. The bathroom smelled after we had all showered (4 of us), but otherwise the family room was comfortable and what we needed for a 1 night stay.

Cleanliness can be improved. Basic hotel near the airport.

Near to both terminals, minimum facility, friendly staff. Good for solo travellers.

The Property is old. it looks clumsy

Firstly no airport pickup. Room had no fresh air option. At 1 am in morning staff were very loud and shooting at another guest. Shower worked poorly

Inexpensive hotel, was okay, but very nosiey , could hear talking from lobby, and wedding band played loud music for 3 hours so could not rest before my flight. Very small room with no flat surfaces other than the bed.

Good place to stay near airport, but hard to find.

One night stay. Slept well and good spicy pova breakfast with tea.

The hotel is only 10mins drive away, but none of the taxi drivers were aware of the location though we had the full address. the website says 24 hours pick up but provided only one way. The room provided was single room with two double beds in it. there was no room for anything else. The bed linen was dirty/used and unchanged and had hair on it. When requested to change, we were advised that the morning staff did the beds and could not be changed. The bath towels were ripped. Toilet rolls were not provided and had to be requested. The room was non smoking but there was continues smell of smoke coming into the room which ended up making my son very sick. The hot water unit was not working and we were not given any instructions how to use it even after request. Had to work it out for ourselves.

The Staff was not courtious enough to talk on phone. Even when we have booked 2-double bed room they gave us 3 single bed room but its fine as we had asked for early check in. though we have checked and request for early check-In they treated it as obligation rather then courtesy service. Since they have provided early check-in the staff argued over moving out early at 11.00 am (before check out time of 12.00 Noon) as they wanted to give it to another booking. Also it took lot of time when we order the food. Surprisingly they got the food from out side which was not as equal as fresh. (as DOSA didn't remain crispy because of transportation) Definitely would not refer to foreign national, probably Indians might handle the staff in Indian way.

Bathroom is very small not enough space to stand for a person. Water in bathroom is leaking all the time. Charging ports are horrible, charger do not stick well in the broken ports. Free breakfast included is not a buffet you have to place an order and wait for more than 45 mins to get it. Rooms are not cleaned well even their fresh bedsheet and towels looks dirty. There are plenty of other options with the same rate and good facility. Will not recommend this hotel.

Location close to Mumbai International Airport, but not too close to be a problem with noise of planes landing or taking off. Cab fare from Airport to hotel was reasonably inexpensive. Hotel provides simple, but decent breakfast, included in the rate of booking the room. However, I was made to wait for a long time after ordering breakfast (I believe about 30 min on my first day and over 45 min on my second day). Some staff and some people who appeared to be associated with the Hotel were quite rude and inappropriate, such as starring rudily and even following me out of the hotel into the street.

Cleanliness was not there.overall i will give 1 out of 5..thanks.

good hotel approachable by all the mode of transportation metro station is just 3 minute from the hotel so you can plan your connectivity with other part of the city but you should have the proper knowledge of the city before you plan your route

The place gives you a shady feel. Not once more!
