Overall a very nice place to stay in.

Had a real bad experience at the hotel; firstly, they checked us into an executive room when we had paid for a deluxe room and on being challenged later, fumbled with their apologies and upgraded us to the deluxe room. Secondly, they were supposed to provide free WIFI access in room which was not provided. Thirdly, the bathroom door in my room couldnot be shut from inside and when i protested they requested me to accommodate for a day or two till such time they got hold of a carpenter to get it fixed! Fourthly, the advertisement proudly claims that they can arrange for conveyance but on successive three days they couldnot arrange for a car for me. Worse, the folks at the hotel didnot bother to reply back about the unavailability and i had to call back only to be told of unavailability of vehicles. Overall i was very disappointed with the quality of service provided. Certainly not upto the mark for a hotel which wants to command rates of approx Rs 3000 rates per night.

Overall the Hotel is OK,but I was asked to pay for the service I did not get i.e. my car was NOT Washed but was asked to pay for it.

Parking was no problem. Easy to locate in the area. Time to reach the hotel was high as one need to travel from the highway to another corner of the city.

Deluxe Room are very small and dark. Bathroom is very small. Poor cleanliness of bedrooms. Poor breakfast : awful coffee, bad toasts, nothing else not even juice !
