Yes the staffs lacking

The room was in good condition, but the service was quite slow. We had to make multiple calls for even basic requests before anything was delivered. Additionally, the food prices at the hotel were extremely high. However, the live music shows at night were really enjoyable and added a nice touch to the stay.

We had booked 4 rooms but they only had 3 rooms ready, I ended up in another building with a poor room and no water at all. The water was fixed in about half an hour but the room was bleak. My friends had quite reasonable rooms. Tried to pay by card but went through 4 different cards, none of them worked. Had to draw cash to pay, most inconvenient. Breakfast was ok, eggs available if you asked for them

Beware. Don't get fooled by online picture of room. We booked 3 rooms for three nights and the rooms that we received were absolutely nowhere near close. Additionally, one of the room was in condition that can not even called hotel room. It was like old abandoned room in very poor condition. Bathroom cabinet in old, broken condition. All three rooms had issue with hot water heater. One room had broken handle of shower which couldn’t be fixed. Very poor paint condition through the wall nd doors. I expressed my disappointment to staff, who asked me to reach out to where-ever(Expedia), I booked hotel. I requested, at least if I can have one of the worst room get changed. Staff said they have only 4 family rooms (3-4 people), out of that 3 are assigned to me and fourth one has AC not working. So he can’t do anything. This leaves me no choice but to vacate the room after our stay of 1st night. We vacated room before their checkout time policy after first night. I agreed to pay for one night that we stayed and requested the refund for remaining two nights that hotel denied. After checking with my booking company, I found the hotel misrepresented fact as well.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful staff. This is a very busy neighborhood, a lot to do nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, specifically the morning front desk staff.

Property is located at good place , convenient to move any where but house keeping services are horrible . Staff at reception is OK . Behave wise appreciable but service point of view - HORRIBLE.

The fmaily room was very big and staff was helpful and that's where the positive feedback ends. The room has very dim lighting and very old furniture. Definitely NOT 3 Star hotel. Will give a miss next time.

Reception unfriendly! When I check out they charged the drink those we not get the hotel charge me 184 rupees for fresh lime soda. But I wast not order

Nice hotel but due to right in the middle of the residential area it was very conjusted and lots dark. Not much sun light and that becomes a major issue for mosquitoes and flies. Room #204 is not great at all, 3 steps up to the room and 3 steps down in the washroom…. Absolutely not safe…. Once you are wet after shower it is too scary to 3 step up to the room.

Overall good experience. Nice place to stay with family.

Early check is very difficult. Waiting one hour 10 minutes.

Only good thing about this hotel is the staff working there who is helpful and friendly. First of all this hotel should not have any stars assigned to it. To start furniture had scratches, wifi was not working during second day of our stay. Breakfast had limited options and food was average, parking is limited. Furniture had dust accumulated on it and seems it was not cleaned for long time. Room was not cleaned , on enquiring we were told we have to leave keys and request personally at front desk for room to be cleaned which is something unique I never encountered in any hotel. Overall highly disappointed, will never be going to this hotel again.

Horible experience. Will not recommend them to my worst enemy. Dirty and filthy. Did not give us the rooms we booked. It was so dirty that we did not even eat there which was free.

We stayed for three nights whilst visit Jaipur. The room was big and comfortable. Despite being quite basic, it was good value and would definitely stay again if in Jaipur. Several good bar and resteunats nearby.

When we arrived our room was not the best but after talking with Rahul on reception he changed our room. WiFi was still rubbish but room had windows and was much larger. The hotel has a brilliant games room where you can play pool and just chill. Breakfast was more suited to the locals but we did manage to get some toast. A good few days in the end.

Short and very sweet 2 night stay. Very well presented and clean hotel. Room and bathroom were huge. Staff were great.
