First of all on check in there was no greeting the man just said "show me your booking " there was no good afternoon or nice welcome The rooms are dated the bathroom and towels need to be cleaner Hot water IS NOT AVAILABLE 24 HOURS (only at certain times ) this should be made clear on advert (i had to be brought a bucket of water ) When replying please comment about hot water not available 24 Hours a day

They had cancelled my booking even though I had phoned them directly to say I would be a day late due to flight delay in the end they put me in one of their other hotels were I checked out of after 1 night it was terrible
