Very noisy during the night. Stray dogs barking whole night in front of hotel lobby. Couldn't sleep at all. Toilet was not flushing which they fixed it later. Phone in the room was not working and have to install a new one after complaining. The room was supposed to be with buffet breakfast but they charged for the buffet separately.

Fantastic view from the hotel into the Himalayan mountains and valleys

Well, it was a decent hotel for the money, nice views, and nice folks that work there in general, but they still have some management issues to work out. The expression "the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing". You request something from one person, and then it never pass it on to the proper person. You request anything and it will either be forgotten or done wrong. It was a comedy of 5 or 6 errors over 48 hours, and ever one they apologized for and smiled. Poor management organization.

First time to Mussoorie and found hotel based on Expedia recommendations. It is away from the busyness of the town, yet the hotel offers shuttle service to the mall. The team of staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Mr. Sunil Kumar, the owner, lives at the property and he and his wife Laxmi are gracious hosts. The Hotel SunGrace helped me with tour options, travel options and were fun to spend time with. A great experience and I hope to return someday.

Hotel itself was nice and pretty clean. The view of the mountains and hills around is what you are paying for mostly. We went in November, when it was getting colder, and were pretty much the only people in the hotel. The hallway and front doors were always open, making it cold and drafty inside. I think this place is better suited for a summer stay, when you can really take advantage of being outside and enjoying the views. The rooftop restaurant was nice, but they had strange walls up blocking the view. Was very nice that they provided a shuttle into the town center so we could walk on mall road. However, this is really important to know if you want to stay here, because this hotel is a lot further away from the shops and restaurants of Mussoorie than we realized. If you want to have a quite, secluded stay, with occasional trips to town, this would be a fine place. But we wanted to be out more, and after about 7pm, it becomes hard to get a taxi or rickshaw from town to the hotel. Also, wifi is only in the lobby, not in the rooms.

For cost, it was suprisingly good. No A/C, but it turns cold in the evenings (around the time we were there). Food was excellent. Finding the enterance was bad - only one way in & out; up a steep climb barely big enough for car - easily missable.

Location of hotel is good . 5 mins drive from city hub . Staff is very helpful . Car parking is very convenient. Hotel charges were very reasonable. Would highly recommend
