OK overall, breakfast could have had more items

The toilet was very small and not very clean. Also, the WiFi wasn’t working...the breakfast was OK.

Poor lift. Never stops anywhere except ground and sixth. However Some one from hotel was helpful for arranging darshan at guruvayur temple And also helped with our luggage at checkout when the lift did not stop in our floor for over 30 min.

I stayed there on Aug. 11/12. Paid over US $200 for 2 "deluxe" rooms. BTW, I had paid $100/day for a 4 star hotel in Chennai, just last week. There was no hot water, TV as not functional, and had to have the sheets replaced since they were dirty. Just a rip off for over $100/day.

1) This is a functional hotel...hot water, bed, shower, restaurant etc 2) Had booked two rooms...had trouble with the satellite TV connection in one room...was fixed by hotel technician 3) This is a functional hotel, overall clean with little luxuries 4) Breakfast was in my plan and it was good

The hotel was good and the staff was also having coutsey which i had missed on the other hotels booked during this trip in Kerala particularly at my Trivandrum Hotel

The hotel has very odd check in(3 pm) and check out(12 pm) timings. Hotel staff are not ready with information even I booked the room 2 months ahead. They were searching for my booking. Also they questioned me about booking details even after producing the hard copy. I am forced to sow them itinerary no and my name on the print. Bath rooms are leaking and house keeping staff didn't turn up to change towels after 24 hrs. I were carrying towels so I could manage. The hotel doesn't seems to be of the standard what they are showing up. For example, every one looks in a blazer but don't understand English :).

Overall my experience was quite pleasant. The staff is pretty friendly and honest. They will be upfront with you about what is and is not possible as well as possible alternative solutions. They will also help accommodation situations on a case by case basis. Since I am an international traveler my first major issue was lack of adapters for my devices. Though I came prepared to face it, the second issue arose. A major plug point was not working. The Alternative point was placed in a poor position where my adapter could not be inserted. With that said within 10 minutes they did bring in a extension cord to ameliorate the situation. Though I wish they invested in some standard extension multinational cords instead of the maintenance ones. It would have looked much nicer and have provided international multi plugs on demand. Hence killing 2 birds with one stone. Otherwise the room it self was clean and quite comfortable. With ample place for storage and placement. The room also comes with a Tea \ Coffee making set with kettle and bottle of water. Also a T.V with most cable channels; both English and Local. Food - was mediocre at best with gouging prices for it's quality. If the food was good, I wouldn't have minded so much. I suggest going to a local restaurant to eat instead.

Good staff and service. But amenities are average. Better than any other hotels nearby

Pleasent and good to stay for temple visit and experience was good

Stay was comfortable. Front Office staff are friendly. Food is good but catering needs improvement. The hotel can plan a shuttle service to Temple entrance for the aged & the disabled..

This hotel we cannot trust. becuase I booked under hotels .com .I get confirmation mails. but hotel front dest officer said we donot get reservation. we cannot check mail until tomorrow them Manager come. next day morning also they said we donot get mail from hotels com. they took again cash from us IRS 6800.00 after they said we get your mails but hotels come pay us only INS 5'300.00 so you need pay differnt. than from 6'800.00 they paid back only INR 4500.00 we lost rest money. and they donot restpect us a gust they fight with us. I cannot belive why hotels com suggest this kind of hotels. myself I never say some go this hotels
