⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Luxury stay with an excellent family-friendly breakfast We had a wonderful vacation stay at Novotel Kochi Infopark. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, making it perfect for families. The property feels premium, calm, and well maintained. The morning buffet breakfast was a highlight — a lavish spread with fresh South Indian favorites, live dosa and egg counters, continental options, fresh fruits, pastries, and great coffee. Everything was high quality, hygienic, and beautifully presented. The staff were attentive and very helpful, especially with children. The dining area was spacious and relaxed, making breakfast enjoyable even during peak hours. Overall, a refined luxury experience with warm hospitality and great food. Highly recommended for families and vacation stays.

Room service staff appeared extremely inattentive, and the overall facility was not well maintained. I requested water and plates five separate times, and it took nearly two hours for them to be provided. The coordination among the team is very poor. This reflects directly on management; leadership sets the standard, and when expectations are not enforced, service quality declines accordingly. My suggestion: Fire the manager

Worst hotel ever! It's not a five star. Lobby looks nice but rooms are dirty, damp and smelly. It does not look like the pictures. And the staff is unhelpful and incompetent. I regret staying here and would not recommend it.
