Handy location and staff ok. Very very ditty. Not sure what enhanced cleaning means in the profile. Cistern leaked, sink taps leaked. Too scared to use shower or the one towel provided for 2 adults. Arrived 2am after long flight and left 8am. Canceled remainder of booking. The layers of dirt on the light switches etc were alarming. Disappointed.

Good location and is convenient for shopping. The bathroom needs to be cleaner, especially the shower doors. Towels need to be better quality and stain-free.

How did Expedia recommended for this price I cannot describe its worst Please remove from the listing

The property is very close to VFS office for Canada visa. It was walkable to the visa office which was convenient for my parents. Also close to food joints and MG road. The place was clean and room size is very good. Meghana foods is very closeby and excellent for their breakfast and lunch menu

We had a pleasant experience. Food/BF could have provided more options.

The hotel had some construction going on at the ground floor. At first, they assigned me the room that is right above the construction area to which I refused and they assigned me a room on the floor above. I could still hear construction noise.

The Hotel was under renovation . No Restaurant facility , Limited Room Service , Mini Bar was empty, Toilet was not clean , Noisy . The Hotel reception looked like a way side third Class place .The entrance to the Hotel was restricted after 10.30 through a basement that looked like a warehouse . overall a very disappointin experience.

Hotel was fine for a quick overnight. Centrally located, bed was comfortable, but bathroom dated, shelves in room very dusty. Nothing out of this world.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and the room has been air conditioned prior to me reaching, which is a nice touch. Toiletries are not provided but soap and shampoo are. Overall is an amazing stay.

Not so good

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed. Best location, in the heart of the city, close to everything. Amazing staff and their service is incredible. They go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Rooms are spacious too.

A little to far away from the airport if your only staying short term. Travelling from airport takes between 1-2 hours. Hotel location good close to shopping and food outlets. Staff were very helpful and polite. Room size excellent (suite).Decorations a little tired could do with repainting, especially the hallways. Over all an enjoyable stay.

Want to specially thank Mr Pushparaj, who made sure our stay was comfortable with his courtesy and service. Though we checked in late at night, he provided snacks and anything else required during our stay. Independent of that, hotel can improve breakfast buffet offerings to include English breakfast items and a broader variety of items.

The hotel is well located close to business centres in Bangalore. But the hotel premises is extremely poorly maintained including it's shoddy entrance. It is easy to overlook the hotel as we drive past. Inside, the rooms, the lobby and the environment is dirty by the standards of an international visitor. The pictures in the hotel web site can be very deceiving.

The room was good but it can be more cleaner. The staff are friendly. The wifi connection is so poor that you have to keep connecting before use. The staff should be more careful in checking whether the payment has been done earlier as they request for payment without checking.

The staff of hotel is quite co-operative, they shifted my room immediately when i complained about the hygiene of earlier allocated room, wi-fi is not that great as it was not working at all, rate seems to be on slighter higher sides considering the facilities they provide.

Excellent location.. The best thing about this hotel is the very large, comfortable bed in a spacious, well planned room.. Breakfast was also delicious.. However, our non-smoking room was very smoky so they "upgraded" us to a suite- smoke continued to fill the corridors though.. The room keys seldom worked & had to be repeatedly reset.. There was no hot water in shower.. The ac leaked & caused a flood in room overnight- front desk ignored calls until morning.. There was also a leak in bathroom which the staff was least bothered about- they said to let it drip!!! We initially requested an additional rollaway bed on Expedia as there were 2 adults & 1 child, but did not require any extra furnishing at check in as the bed was so large.. Subsequently, the actual bill at check out was less than Expedia estimate.. Nevertheless, after checking out and leaving Bangalore, I received several calls from staff insisting that I transfer the difference in amount to the manager's PERSONAL bank account as per original Expedia estimate! Hotel staff continues to harass me till date, concocting various explanations for extra tariff despite clearly detailed bill that was paid.. Very shady & unprofessional!!!

Stayed as 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Plenty of space in the room. Clean. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
