A good hotel in Ayodhya but not like a top 5 star hotel of major cities

South Indian food items are good in breakfast but pancake is thick and could be much betyer and puris are also oily and thick and pineapple fresh juice yastes like water. Still the breakfast 9s good and there are plenty of options and u can find something

A bit far from the temple

Front desk staff was not at all welcoming. The dinning staff and Manager was very helpful and courteous at all times. Food was excellent. Need to address water leaking onto bathroom floors. But the room was very comfortable .

My partner and I stayed here for two nights (24–26 April) as part of our religious visit to Ayodhya. The hotel serves its purpose as a comfortable base, but a few things need attention before it can be called a polished experience. On the positive side, the location works well for pilgrims, and breakfast was genuinely good — well-stocked and tasty. The junior staff throughout the property were clearly trying their best and deserve credit for their efforts. However, lunch service at the restaurant was disappointing. While the ground-level staff were making an effort, the supervisors were largely absent and did not engage with guests at all — a missed opportunity to address concerns in real time. Room service was also notably slow. A bigger issue for us was the state of the common areas. The lobby sofas and dining hall chair cushions were visibly stained, which does not reflect well on a hotel at this price point. The property, overall, needs a round of maintenance and attention to detail. Would we recommend it? With reservations. If you're visiting Ayodhya and want a reasonably located hotel, it works — but management needs to step up, especially around service standards and upkeep.

Perfect location to Ram Mandir and airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was great, perfect for vegetarian’s. I would recommend Radisson and will come back.

Clean sheets, room and staff very polite and courteous

Good hotel facilities and excellent food

The hotel is clean and the amenities is very acceptable. The problem lies with the staff mostly. Below is a list of my experiences that was not nice. (1)2 towels for 4 persons- reported it, it took over 8 hours to be resolve. (2) Continuous power outages (3) I booked 5 rooms, but the staff told me 4. (4) This is a disco, not a hotel. (5) The Internet is not working. (6)Not enough of pillows,sheets. [1/21, 9:05 PM] Mahadeo Ramroop: Breakfast started from 7.22 am rather than 700 am. Clean room with good amenities

The washroom was very stinky and not cleaned properly, it was smelling very bad, even I could smell closing the door, when sleeping closer towards the washing, requires thorough cleaning

Travel could not be undertaken due to widespread disruption during that period, so the stay was not availed. However, the booking was still charged, and support from the property was disappointing.

Hotel was good, food was nice. Staff could be bit better .

Room was ok and staff were friendly. Amenities was typical. What made it bad was the dirt in the room wooden floor that I noticed at first when I split water and wiped it with a towel. I checked in, went around and came back by late night only to realize the bathroom smelt like there was sewerage/drainage. I reported it and housekeeping person came who also agreed with me about the smell. He cleaned up the bathroom and sprayed room spray. The odor was better but I was wondering how long it would last. I’m so glad it was one night stay and I checked out the next morning. The front lounge is pretty small. Building is small too. No good eating places nearby except street side food or low quality restaurants. Didn’t use the hotel restaurant but ordered room service for tea and it was pretty good!!

Rooms are great, modern and clean. Staff members are very helpful

The stay was comfortable and the staff was courteous. One thing that I saw was that the restaurant staff are too stiff in accommodating small request like pack a few parathas etc. they wanted to charge extra money for that, while a similar request at a Taj Lucknow restaurant got a totally different treatment. The restaurant manager personally got two separate packs of parathas and pickle packed for us, given that we were visiting from abroad and were vary of eating at smaller restaurants. These small thinks wins customer loyalty.
