The universal wall outlets needed an extra step to get our US adapter to work. If there are multiple folks per room please default to 2 keycards. A bit more in beer selection in the bar would go a long way. Focus on the little things to improve customer experience. Thanks.

At times they have water issues. One afternoon we were without water for over 2 hours. Security staff is very respectful and welcoming. Reception staff should also replicate that. Also certain basic amenities like tissues were not present in the room even though we booked their suite. Overall okay experience.

Clean room, premium shampoo conditioner, soap and lotion. I would recommend provide microwave oven in rooms for foreign guests.

Hello It was one of the worst experiences I had! The rooms were freshly painted and I have paint allergy! it got to a point that I was breathing heavy! by the time my room was changed I already fell sick and had an international flight to catch next day!

Your front desk staff needs lot of training and grooming. I stayed at the hotel from 13-15 and again from 16-17 May 2024. On 14th evening I had filled the Raddison membership form and given to the lady sitting on the front desk but till the time I checked out 2nd time on 17th May she did not take Any action on that membership form. On 17th at the time of checkout she told me she will email it to me but even 30 hours later I have not received the same. Wonder what is the basis for your selection of such incompetent staff

This was the worst hotel I have ever lived in my life so far. This hotel is not worth for even 2 stars. It was a dirty, filthy hotel. The room definitely had smoking smell. There were stains all over the place including the carpet, bath sink, table etc. The toilet seat has yellow stains. The worst part was the staff's attitude. They asked me once how my stay was. I told him all the issues and their response was "sorry". What do I do with your sorry? I paid $110 per night for this filthy hotel. I filed a claim against the hotel, sent them the pics and videos of the filthy place and was able to recover some amount of money. Never stay at this hotel.

The worst hotel i have ever seen the reception is thief the man in the morning shift he is impolite and a big thief i have cancel my stay there and he told me expedia will return your money when the agent of Expedia call him he refused to make a refund and when i face him he told me no I didn’t tell that they will give you he is such a liar

Hotel close to market and many food outlets. Buffet Breakfast variety was quite Vast. It was comfortable and cozy stay.

Good location ! Close to industrial area. Badly maintained property. Satins on carpet, broken faucets , uneasy bed. Unhygienic room condition!

Good property to stay in Faridabad as looking at the limited options we have.

The property is far below its claimed star rating and in a very poor state. I travelled from Melbourne and stayed for one night moving from Taj Vivanta as this property was closer to my last day plan of visiting a friend in Sec - 21. It is a very govt style poor experience right from the checkin process where the reception staff do not greet you let alone make you feel any welcoming. I felt that the entrance guard had much more training then the reception staff especially guy named Nikhil who could not look up my reservation made through Expedia for 15 minutes while I was standing on the reception. He is pretty cold and gave no eye contact while talking and ignorant to your queries like a typical govt employee. As it can be seen in the picture, the room carpet had stain marks all over the floor. It had ciggi burn marks all over the carpet and the room smelled of smoke despite it was a non smoking room. The bathroom locks were broken/hanging and no cleaniliness at all across the property. On the day of 23/05/22 there were thunderstorms and rain that led to the main reception leaking water from the roof right in the middle of the entrance. They had to place buckets and towels on the floor to collect all the water. This says it all about the hotels ailing infrastructure that needs a major overhaul. I will never recommend anyone to book this hotel as it will give you the feel of a low end budget hotel at a price in which several better properties are available to rent.
