This has always been my goto hotel in South Mumbai. Quiet, convenient, great service and pleasant rooms. The Niumad (sp?) at the Business Centre was extremely helpful with our need for shipping and packaging of stuff. Till next time.
Albeit, some confusion as i has settled full bill the night before, early morning i was asked to settle for an additional breakfast which they had seemed to has an error in their system. I refuses to pay as all bills were settled. Their error. A bit surprising.

At first there were some hiccups. This property has nondraqers to move your stuff into. This we have not seen even on tier two hotels. The front office duty mamager rectified this situation in 24 hours. After that the service was excellent.
For those visiting from US, the sockets in the property dont worl well. Please check to make sure yoir gadgets are charging and dont assume that they are just because they are plugged in.

The hotel is very old, but it is very clean and it is in a very good conditions look like new. Room is clean. very good size bed is comfortable a lot of things to do around the area in walking distant 5 to 10 minutes. You can be in the middle of everything.

This is the third time I am staying at this hotel. It has everything I expect. Efficient systems; Friendly staff; good buffet breakfast; Reasoanbly priced food; very centrally located; nice view of the ocan. This time I was upgraded to a suit.

The property is at a good location, very clean and friendly staff, except the house keepers forget to replenish the tea and coffee everyday. I have to call the house keepers every day and then wait around 30 minutes to get the items replaced. Apart from that, the stay was excellent.

Too guests for the size of the facilities. Chaotic mess at breakfast buffet. Traffic always backed up at driveway access. Service impossible to get at front desk. Beds are not comfortable. Room was not as clean as other IHCL property we stayed in India.
