We had a great time at the park, the staff was so attentive and always catered to our needs. The breakfast buffet had so many options, indian and non-indian. I truly enjoyed my stay at the park.

Generally very good. Could have been more fruit options for breakfast. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. One morning there was a problem with the water in the bathroom which was running brown and the toilet was not flushing but I was told that it was being repaired which happened soon after. Good location

Room was clean, big but we had a lot of issues, eg too cold in the room, no hot water for shower, electricity went out for a few hours. However, the Staff were all very friendly, professional, and prompt in attending to all the issues, and rectifying them quickly.

After a round of room-roulette, we got a decent room. All the bathrooms in the rooms appear to be an after-thought, crudely carpentered into the room, with smoked-glass walls. One room we saw had just a curtain for the bathroom door(!!!). Other rooms had a sliding glass door that does not afford good privacy. This is the primary reason for knocking off 2 stars. The staff was courteous in general, but the person showing the rooms was deceitful when trying to pass off a lower-quality room as a superior room. Breakfast spread is adequate. For the price we paid, I expected higher quality.

Hotel is clean, staff was friendly, food was fine, location is good, but physical plant definitely “down in the heels”. Dehumidifiers in rooms and hallways still can’t rid feel of moistness. AC on or off, no way to control temp. Hallway walls uneven (buckiling?) possibly from moisture. Same with carpet in hallways being “straightened” by staff regularly. Handheld shower had no place to firmly affix/rest. Used towels removed daily and replaced soon-ish, leaving 30min-1 hr with no towels (none). Front desk offered to switch our rooms but wouldn’t change anything material so we declined. For price point, can probably do better.

Staff was great across the board and very helpful wherever needed. Breakfast provided wide selection of choices and food was fresh and well prepared. Facilities were good including lobby area, pool area and spa. Room was good size and bed comfortable however it had a musty damp smell and feel. Corridor to room also had same smell. Dehumidifiers might help at least in room we stayed in. Overall it was a good stay.
