The property is good. Clean and well maintained but the swimming pool area needs refurbishment .The tents are clean. The major issue we faced was the Dj music noise coming from a nearby wedding place. This property lies close to a party hall, if a party is going on you can say goodbye to a goodnight sleep. The second issue was payment at check out. They want all payment in cash as the card machine was down due to signaling issues and even sent me to a relatives shop in town to make the payment by card. The service was ok not the greatest and moring breakfast was lacking choice especially for kids.

We enjoyed the unique chance to stay in luxury tent accommodation where you can hear animal sounds during the night. Great breakfast is also included in the rate. The tent is single layer so it can get very cold in winter night (Feb). Prepare extra layers, socks, and beanie if it gets too cold. There’s also extra blanket in the room. The tent and bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. But I can see that the tents start needing some minor fixes. One of the tent is having door problem and another one has bathroom problem. But in overall, I highly recommended this unique property.

The unique point about the property is the tent style accomodation but more needs to be done to make it more comfortable. We went in the winter months but the tents are not equipped with heater or insulation so it can get really cold especially during the night and early morning. The bedding could also do with some better detergent as it emits some funky smell. The heater was not functioning very well also, with hot water available only in limited streams. However staff we generally friendly and helpful and attended to our request rather promptly.
