Great property and location

Overall older building, when we arrived staff didn’t come to help with bags, but expected a tip after we got it up to lobby. Room was old , soap dish was extremely chipped.

We stayed three nights and we stopped there for the safaris at the national park nearby. It is a convenient, clean and nice place to stay. The staff super helpful and nice and the food is good.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The bed was lovely and big and the room was a good size. The facilities were very good also. The best part of this hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. They were very friendly and helpful and had very good knowledge of the area and safari bookings. We had a bit of a trouble contacting the hotel before arrival. We emailed, contacted them through the hotels app and Facebook messaged the hotel about booking a taxi from the station for our very early morning arrival. We had no reply. after a few days we managed to ring them from our hotel in Delhi. It took a few attempts to get through, when we finally did I arranged a transfer to pick us up from the station for the set price at 1am. When we arrived off the train there was no one from the hotel to pick us up!! Fortunately for us there was a rickshaw there otherwise we would have been stranded! If you do need to contact this hotel make sure you plan well in advance and get it in writing. The food at the hotel was okay. There was a large menu and what we had was okay but I think we would have struggled if we were there for a longer time period. The grounds are beautiful and the pool was a nice touch even though it was still a little to cold to use it. I can imagine in the summer it’s a nice way to pass the time between safaris. Overall we did enjoy our stay and felt much better after a comfortable and peaceful couple of nights here.

The stay was pleasant and the Hotel staff were very hospitable. Both of the front desk managers took special care to ensure a pleasant stay and were nice enough to provide us with the answers to our tourism related queries. The canteen staff went out of their way to make our culinary experience memorable and the Chef was cooking to our requirements. Overall a pleasant stay.

I reached the hotel 01 hour before check-in time, they charged me rs.1000 extra, even though there was plantey of rooms were empty. I belive this type of loot was highly unprofessional. Regards, Pramod Kumar.

Had a nice stay for a quick trip to Ranthambhore. There's nothing going on in the neighborhood, so the hotel makes the stay. There's not really anything going on here, but they did have a pool and the rooms all come with blasting A/C which is great when it's 45/113 degrees outside. The restaurant was decent. The staff were very nice. The rooms were of a big size.

This is the perfect hotel stay in Ranthambore. The location is great for safaris being only 5 minutes drive from entrance to zone 1-5. The staff are super friendly and help with arranging tiger safaris and lifts to town etc if required. They were also happy to arrange takeaway breakfasts for us, and provided blankets for the cold morning drives. The service at meal times from Vikrant was fantastic! The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are big, water hot, AC and fan for hot days and big duvets for the cold nights. The bed is the best hotel bed we have slept in for a long time! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The property was good. Breakfast arrangements were not clear. Staff were good. No drinks licence

We stayed here as a hopping off point for our visit to Ranthambore National Park for Tiger Safaris. We were not disappointed. The hotel is relatively new and well kept. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food good, hot water with good pressure, and the staff was very attentive and helpful. In particular Surendra Prajapati and Vicrun were super helpful.

They were very helpful in making our stay most enjoyable especially in arranging a safari for us. On our safari we saw a tiger! An amazing experience I will remember my entire life!

The stay was good, the hospitality very good. The food and service for breakfast and dinner really good and full of options! Really a very good balance between quality and price! 🙂
