Very satisfied with my stay here. It's peaceful, close to the Udayana University campus, and easy to find food. Just a small suggestion: the towels are all old. It would be nice to replace them with new ones. Thank you.

1. The bottom of the door is all broken. 2. The glass doesn't fit snugly against the wall, letting outside noise in. 3. The Wi-Fi is always on and off. 4. There's no food outlet. It's far away outside. 5. The sheets are always stained. They're not clean.

I stayed 2 days 1 night for Nyepi. The room was quite dirty and damp (an usual thing in Bali's weather), but still ok for a night or two.

The place is actually nice, with a separate living room and bedroom. The staff is friendly and responsive to complaints. Unfortunately, it seems poorly maintained; the bathroom is dirty, especially the toilet. The room is poorly soundproofed, so you can hear people walking upstairs.

The restaurant did not work out, only the pool. This is not a hotel or resort, only a rent house style, but there is a lobby and helpful staff if you want something. The pictures look different at booking, not like the real thing. The facilities are a little poor, and there is no cleaning staff or change of sheets.

Stayed at the Abisha Jimbaran Hotel. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing throughout. Rooms with balconies offer views of Jimbaran Village, all the way to Ngurah Rai Airport and the Bali Mandara toll road. The strategic location is close to the Udayana University campus and the McDonald's intersection. The friendly and cooperative service from the hotel staff makes guests want to stay longer.

The room was very clean. During my stay, I used a different mat to sleep on. There were stains on the pillows and mattress. The chair was moldy or something else. I opted to shower outside because the water didn't drain properly. However, the staff was very helpful.

nice hotel but unfortunately I was very uncomfortable when I first checked in because many young people gathered in front of the receptionist and seemed to see me and laugh at my husband when we checked in at 11:00 PM, coincidentally my husband went to the reception to get the key and I waited outside because I was sick, and my husband asked me to just wait outside, and those stupid people had seen us from the moment we got out of the car. very annoying. instead they looked at us with curious faces. and I heard someone laughing for some reason they saw us until the front door of the room, how uncomfortable I was, and my husband. My suggestion is that the reception should not be used as a hangout place that makes visitors uncomfortable, and really disturbs the privacy of guests. We checked out early because we were on a long trip and didn't see those idiots when we checked out. The room was nice, but it was very annoying to be seen like that when we checked in. Very annoying, an annoying first impression.

For the attention of Hotel Management, I will give a GOOD rating. Hopefully, there will be changes for the better on my next vacation. 🙏🙏🙏🙏. The room sheets were not very clean. The room floor had stains of unknown origin, and they probably needed replacing. The bathroom window needed replacing. It was dirty. The glass windows were not cleaned. The Wi-Fi was good, the shower water was hot, the kettle was good, the TV channels were limited, there were plenty of power outlets, and there was a cupboard. But overall, it was OK for a family vacation.
