The hotel staff was not responsive, check in was late, the room was dirty, the sheets were itchy, the bathroom smelled, and the room looked like it hadn't been swept, the room smelled of cigarettes.

1. Dari luar tampak kurang ‘sreg’, hampir saya batalkan karena istri kurang suka. 2. Tapi di dalamnya lumayan nyaman. 3. Kain sprei kasur tambahan terdapat bercak d*r*h, yang sudah lama. 4. Dapat sabun mandi/shampoo, sikat gigi dan pasta gigi. 5. Tidak ada air minum kemasan. 6. Kran air panas tidak berfungsi. 7. Pelayanan ramah dan bahkan dibantu bawa barang bawaan. Terima kasih ya om.

The rooms are okay, the keys are modern because they use a card & the rooms are spacious for that price. But unfortunately there is no lift, only the stairs are quite high. Gempor is also caused by carrying the child up and down the stairs. Where there's no cafeteria, so it's hard if you want to order food, you have to go down first because you can get a room on the 3rd floor. Btw, how come the shower can't be turned on? So I had to take a shower with a shower.

This hotel is crazy. The feeling of the room is empty, there are no people, but why are you given a dirty, smelly room, the mattress is itchy, the shower has no place. At first, you just smell good, but after that, it's like a house that hasn't been inhabited for decades. With that price at other hotels, you can get even more. Very dissapointed.

check in at 19.00. adding costs to get a room with a window so that in the morning there is light. There are really windows, but it turns out that all the windows are covered with iron covering all surfaces of the outer walls of the hotel. and this condition was not explained by the hotel staff. TV can only have 4 channels, even then the picture is not clear, there is nothing to see. Wifi is pretty fast. Cannot get drinking water, no tissue, dirty trash can. Entering the bathroom the shower is broken, hotel staff reports, repaired, has not been tried, the person has gone. I tried it turned out that the shower leaked in the hose, I was lazy to call it again, I seemed to already know that the shower was leaking so I immediately ran away. in the morning immediately check out moving hotels. Not recommended, I'm not going to come here again ...

The place is clean, the bathroom is the best part in the room, the staff are friendly and helpful. Minus the bed sheet is a bit less tidy as it was used by someone else and the towel is slightly damp like used.

Minus: - no clothing hooks - warm bath water is not functioning properly. Plus: - strategic location, - parking is also extensive and overseen by security guards housing complex shop. - the rooms are clean, neat & fragrant - standard sanitary equipment, yes - the crew is cooperative & friendly.
