An old hotel with minimal maintenance, the stairs are quite tiring, tips for those who want to stay, it's better to stay on the ground floor or on the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor there is free coffee and a smoking area.

A fairly comfortable budget hotel. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the check-in process was smooth, fast, and fully informative. Facilities such as lighting, air conditioning, toilets, TVs, pillows, mattresses, blankets, and bath towels were adequate, clean, and all functioning well. There's also a free water dispenser corner, secure parking (there's a guard on duty at night), and front-desk staff who are always on standby.

I stayed two nights at a different hotel in the same price range, and this hotel was a major drawback. The staff were quick to respond when asked for assistance, but were still playing games on their phones. The AC wasn't very cool, and there was a strong, damp smell. There was no hot water for showering, and there were no clothes hangers in the bathroom, making it difficult to hang towels. There were several shortcomings that should be addressed if the hotel owner is truly committed to service. The price isn't too high, but compared to other properties with lower rates, it could be better.

I've booked for 4 nights and did not even stay there. The hotel was so bad, I forgot to take photos. Moldy wall, sink full of hairs, thick dust here and there, dirty toilet. Ask to change room, got even worse. Room not like in the photo at all. Please improve.

The hotel room does not match what is in the photo. The first room had no window, it was smelly and dirty. Some of the following choice rooms also smell bad. And the last room I stayed in was still smelly and I found used tissue on the window frame, bathroom corner and under the bed. Employee service is not good and the atmosphere is like a prostitution house. Lots of long hair left on the floor. thanks.

My worst experience of staying at hotel. The room is unbelievably narrow, even (my kost-an room was still bigger than that), its humid, fairly dim, and no windows. The bathroom is the worst, so dirty and also too narrow, no space to even take a shower. My mom and I were exhausted and intended to sleep peacefully but there were annoying noises, very loud pounding in the Saturday morning. Also the trash bin hasn't been cleaned from the previous visitor and I found there was a baby cockroach in the room. Thank you so much, I will never recommended this place to anyone and will never come back again.

Regrettably staying here when the employees come while playing cards, is this the hotel or post guard? The bathroom was very narrow and even then the water was only dripping and fitting complaints under the reception desk was empty. Oh yes there are 3 floors without elevators so if you bring a baby or the elderly is not recommended. For wifi, there is a connection and it can be connected, but once it is used, it cannot make internet access plus only its location.

When I check in, the employees play the cellphone outside. I don't know where the employee is in this name. There quarrels how come the employees are stupid. Entering the first room, it turned out to be very cramped, especially when you were in the shower, it was still a boarding house. When bathing, the water is clean, the dirty walls have a lot of stains. It seems like it's often the place to go. Now, when I want to complain about the clean water at the reception, there are no people. Even worse, there aren't any people! Never stay here! For management, if the recruitment of employees is right, the price is not cheap! Htk management is also correct, how come the water can be paid only if we don't pay
