When I stayed there, the hot water was being repaired and it was raining outside. I was forced to take a cold shower. The breakfast menu was also quite good. So far, the service is good.

Most of the staff were friendly, especially the first FO who arrived and was greeted right up until the check-in process. However, the duvet wasn't replaced. The spacious room was perfect for a family, and housekeeping responded quickly, but the AC wasn't cold enough.
