We really never confirmed the agreement to check out at 15.00 WITA when our check out time was clearly stated at 12.00 WITA in the Lobby or on the OTA Web, even though we often made concessions to our customers to check out at 13.00. Moreover, the room occupied by the guest in question will be filled by a new guest who will check in at 14.00 from Samarinda so that our calculations have 60 minutes to prepare if the previous guest checks out at 13.00. Handling is carried out directly by the manager / owner who, of course, has the power to allow guests to late check out "if approved", in fact the manager actually offers safekeeping if the guest really has to leave our place after 12.00 by checking out first considering that thing is Friday. At 13.00 we contact the guest in question to ask about his whereabouts and room status considering the guest who will be occupying has already contacted us and is on his way to our place (calling at 13.00 making sure that the Friday prayer has finished). 2. After the guest in question packed up but had not made the check out process until 13.59 and was still going to use the bathroom so when we passed by we reminded and responded casually by the guest concerned that it was still 13.59 and in fact the room was successfully released/empty at 14.10 we don't mind any more. 3. For the water that was claimed to be not clear, we confirmed to almost all guests who were staying at that time with an occupancy rate of 90% and stated that there was no problem with the water quality, but we apologize if it is not as clear as Mr. Agus' expectations. 4. For game rules such as opening shoes and using the inner sandals that we have provided including the outer sandals which we also provide, it is the prerogative of each property to make them with prior notice including the prohibition of smoking in the room because such rules are our "Selling Point" in the eyes of consumers. For toothbrush soap and towels that were not provided, it was also stated in the information on the online travel agent, so it is difficult to say that there was a public lie, we are grateful because this can be understood by our other guests. Of course we can consider it in the future and of course it must be accompanied by a price increase in order to maintain the same profit, because this is what is called the "Price of Value".
