Nice hotel in good location. Not too far from station Tugu about 15 minutes walk. The room and bathroom clean enough. AC not too cold for me but everything is okay. Good for staycation or family in affordable price.

For the umpteenth time, if you go to Jogja, you will definitely come here. With a fairly cheap price, you can get spacious, clean rooms, friendly staff, early check-in, everywhere close, looking for food is also close. Already got breakfast, it tastes okay too. We spent three days staying here at first, we thought we could walk from the Tugu and Malioboro stations, but it turns out it's quite far about 2km. Strategic location on the edge of the highway, near Alfamidi, center for souvenirs, warm, noodle, angkringan, it's okay if you are bored with hotel food you can just cross to find food. Fast reception service. Pillows and blankets smell good, AC is cold, hot water works. Unfortunately the hotel is not soundproof so the sound of motorbikes/cars can be heard in the room because it is really on the side of the road. Then get a room on the floor. 1 view is only motorbike parking. There are no clothes hangers, only in the bathroom, toiletries are only soap, you don't get shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush so you have to bring your own. Plus a place to relax like a balcony / garden is not comfortable. That's all, the rest are satisfied with the service of this hotel.

Yes fun. After being at 212 a few days earlier, now at 211 it's different. Standard and superior. Nice clean. If there are hotel slippers, even better. Outside it's great, the FO is friendly too.

The rooms are spacious, you can still add 2 extra beds for 1 family. Very strategic location. The drawback in my opinion, the hinges of the toilet room door creak loudly, the sound is very disturbing if someone wants to go to the bathroom at night (room 222). And hot water is sometimes hot, sometimes not hot (certain hours it is not hot).

But the bathroom water is small so you have to be extra patient and it takes a long time to shower. The breakfast is okay, the side dishes are simple like home food. The location is in the city center, and next to the hotel there is an Indomie shop and fresh milk, this is really recommended, if you stay here, you must try the Indomie shop! Hehe

A gloomy hotel that is not cheap, really top recommendations for staying in Yogya. The rooms are really clean and there are lots of food places around, if you don't want to have breakfast at the hotel, outside the right side of the hotel 10 meters there are mbok-mbok selling Gudeg.
