The female staff at the reception were very friendly, no matter what time of day they always greeted me with a smile. Everyone was nice, from the security to the cleaning staff, everyone was nice. But when I checked in, the older woman was the first one I met, which made a big impression. When I first walked in, I noticed everything was clean, although the bathroom mirror might need a new one because the edge (?) of the glass was a bit messy. Every morning the room was always cleaned and tidied up, and then the bathroom was also cleaned so there were no dried water marks on the glass. The towels were also clean and white. Bottled water was always replenished every day so you don't have to worry about buying drinking water when you stay here, and the trash cans were always emptied so there was no chance of garbage smell. There are also public trash cans per floor near the elevator, there is also a drinking water dispenser available on each floor. The AC was really cold. The best thing was that I liked the elevator, which requires minimal touch because when you tap your room card it will automatically go to your room floor. At most, to go to the 1st floor (dining room) and 2nd floor (meeting room and prayer room), you just have to press the buttons yourself. The bathrooms on the 2nd and 1st floors are always clean and fragrant. One thing I also like is that the sandals are changed every day (well, the sandals are the type that easily get hairy(?)). The emergency stairs are clean and spacious so if-for example-a disaster or something needs evacuation, the evacuation route seems safe. The hotel is near RM Padang (but the price of food at the hotel is very reasonable, the most expensive is 35 thousand and the most expensive drink is 25 thousand), near Alfa/Indomaret and near the hospital, 5 minutes(?) from Panakukang Mall.

As usual, if you go to Makassar, you definitely stay here 😍 Affordable price, strategic location, spacious parking area, very friendly and helpful staff, varied and delicious food. But unfortunately, this is the first time I got a room where the water tap when I turned on the hot water also got hot, so I was scared of getting electrocuted, okay, and the elevator shook a bit, it was a bit scary, hopefully there will be improvements. I always stay here when I go to Makassar. The parking lot is spacious and the hotel is in a very strategic location. The food is varied and delicious, and the staff is very friendly and always helpful. Please improve the room cleanliness.
