Very comfortable for business trips

The staff is friendly and clean. I've stayed at this hotel twice when I go back to Cikupa. It's cheap but the service is good. I just think the breakfast is still lacking.

When reserving a room before arrival, chat to the employee number who happened to be on holiday, then the other staff immediately chatted back quickly. The check-in process was very easy as well as check-out, all staff were friendly, the area was clean especially the room from the toilet, cupboard, table, mattress were all clean, water heater, flush toilet, shower worked very well, got a welcome drink in the room with taro flavor, tissue available, amanities, Breakfast was quite complete there was coffee & tea that was always hot, there was bread with chocolate jam, fried rice was simple but it tasted delicious, very worth it with the room rate, strategic location, at any time you can get Gr * b car easily, next to Cikupa stay here again, ❤️❤️❤️

I didn't know it was Sharia law there. I can't cancel it anymore :( sob. My money's gone. This is the closest to my workplace.

If possible, the breakfast can be improved. It's a shame that even though the staff's friendliness and the room's cleanliness are good, the breakfast is not so good.

Strategic location easy access. Night check-in receptionist is still served. The food is 1 maca, delivered to the room home-cooked vegetable rice.

Check in without deposit and get a welcome drink, get 4 bottles of mineral sanqua, comfortable room, thick blanket. Clean bathroom, AC is already 16° cold, it takes half an hour. Complete digital TV channels, fast wifi, breakfast is delivered to the room, there is a place to hang out, you can make your own tea/coffee/bread and it's free, there is a swimming pool but it's small so it's for small children, there is a women's salon and reflexology place too (paid if you want) friendly receptionist, helpful staff, get towels, toiletries (brush, toothpaste, soap, and comb), see other rooms when checking out, the blankets, pillow cases and mattresses are replaced (hopefully consistent). Thx to Anugrah Inn, hopefully there will be branches in Jakarta and Bekasi. So far wort it

A hotel that can be an option if you go to Citra area but don't have much budget. The hotel is clean, the room, bathroom, and bed are also comfortable. Although the room is small, it can be used for praying by 2 adults. The bathroom is also okay. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The fried rice is delicious. However, the hotel is up stairs. So if you are lazy and tired, it's better to ask for a lower floor. Then there are some rooms that don't have windows. So you really rely on the room lights. If you are focused on the existence of windows, you can request it. The staff needs to be friendlier. Don't be flat. Then it seems like product knowledge and communication need to be fixed. Even though it's in a "book" the staff needs to know. For example, if asked about late checkout, how much is the charge, this is basic information, so you have to know. Then yesterday I wanted to borrow a scrubber, when I called the answer was "just ask the person upstairs." Huh? why is it the guest who has to find out? Upstairs where? To whom? And it turns out that upstairs means on the 4th floor there is a laundry service, ironing service too, 10K per kilo. But it's still strange if the language is that the guest has to look for it. The staff should communicate with each other to make it easier for the guest. Oh yeah, the toiletries use bar soap. Not liquid soap. Yesterday there was no shampoo either. I don't know if there really was no shampoo or if they forgot to give it. Hopefully it will be fixed. Because the place is really recommended for staying, but the staff's communication needs to be fixed.

The hotel is very comfortable and nice, you get breakfast too so you don't have to worry about what to have for breakfast.

The staff is friendly and helpful even though I arrived at dawn. Breakfast was delivered on time at 7, the room was clean and comfortable.
