The apartment facilities are excellent but the Air Conditioner need to repair, it was so hot inside.

Bad place ever. I need to clean all by my self. Dirty, ac is not working.

1st time I want to stay in your apartment, traveloka. Check in was smooth because I took the LGG unit key in the tower based on instructions on WhatsApp. When I entered, the unit was dirty, there was a small cockroach (Thanks whatsapp agent, but no response), plus profits in the pantry. No hot water, 2 pieces of towels are provided at max occupancy 5 (reservation experience using app before, kl 5-6 occupancy provided with towels while following max occupancy) then the HP signal is bad. The unit isn't too big for 3 km, like the two bed covers and bed sheets don't change. Not worth the money at all. Definitely won't recommend anyone if they won't improve their service

Passing the entrance is an insect. Yes it makes my child disgust.

The original picture is not suitable, there are some furniture that has started to be damaged and not repaired. Many cockroach children come out from the corners that make me feel uncomfortable to stay there.

The rooms are exactly like in the photos, super clean, very strategic location, cold air conditioning, near the mall so easy to find recommended! Next time will book again.

Good location, apartment service is not satisfactory. And the swimming pool cannot be used publicly. Must use a swimsuit.
