Not as expected: the room was spacious but the TV was broken, the cleanliness was poor, the toilet smelled, the sink was dirty, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom/toilet facilities were lacking. The app described the room as fine and clean. I don't know about private apartments for rent; any shortcomings are the responsibility of the apartment owner. However, the security and receptionist service were good.

The staff was friendly and helpful with check-in. But, what was stated on the online travel website... Turns out it's different from what was stated on the spot... They said there was breakfast, but it turned out it was just instant noodles 🤣🫣 Oh my gosh. And they said there was a microwave, but it turns out there wasn't one either... This is a public deception.

Booked room 522 but was moved to room 623. The room was dirty. The sofa and bed were full of bed bugs. The bathroom smelled. The reason for the move was maintenance even though there were people staying there.

The interior is old. Not worth it for that price. The room ordered was 522, given 623. The room was ugly. There are cockroaches. Also for breakfast you get 2 Popmies and 2 bottles of mineral water.

The room photos in the application do not match reality. Starting from chairs and beds, everything is different. The toilet smells, the sink is cramped, just popmie breakfast with topcoffee sachets. When complained, he said, don't equate an apartment with a hotel. The building is quite old and looks like it needs to be cleaned again to make it fresh. But fortunately the AC is cold and the place is quite spacious, the WiFi is also available and the TV broadcasts are also complete. But this is my experience because maybe I had high expectations according to what was seen in the photo but was disappointed because it didn't match reality.
