Kamar kurang perawatannya, staff Sgt membantu.

We were really enjoy staying in here. All the staffs are very helpful and responsive. The space of new room is quite large and also have an good design.

This is not my first stay in Jayakarta. Jayakarta has changed too much from my previous visit, which unfortunately departed down from what I expect from a 4-star rated accommodation. I got a room on 4th floor, the top floor, where I can notice sound of water drop on the ceiling from the leaked roof. In the morning, we can see wet area on carpet below. Now I understand, that is the cause of musty smell in the room in the first time I come in. I went down to restaurant for breakfast at around 7:30, when the situation is really crowded. The first impression is restaurant was not smell good. There are a variety of choice for breakfast, but it was difficult to find cutlery for particular type of dish. I hardly found plate but need to ask few staffs to get spoon. When it comes to food, many things need improvement in both taste and presentation. Also, in lobby there is no sitting area available, except those prepared for coffee shop (?). So when we need to wait for a car, we have to find space to stand without interrupting peoples walking around.

Kamarnya kurang bersih, masih tersisa rambut di kmaar mandi. Lantai kayunya beberapa terlihat sdh longgar, interior kayu yang sudah kusam dan wallpaper yang berbeda warna di satu ruangan. Tp tertolong dengan view di kolam renangnya yang bagus dan menyenangkan.

Terlalu banyak tangga dan agak susah kalau bawa orang tua.

Room OK, comfort and clean, service good.

Area to improve: Room cleanliness and linen not good. Torn wallpaper in several areas of the room. Carpet was very old looked dirty. Bathroom needs to be reconditioned. Good aspects: Location, service from the staffs, Shower pressure and hot water were good.

The staff was friendly and easy to request early check-in. There 's a lot of restaurant (available from tend food ‘ till franchise food brand). The food was good at all. Really pleasure to re-stay at this place.

The hotel is so old, abbandoned, and much broken furniture. Don't ask about wallpaper, it ' s so messed. The pool was dirty, dusty. The view is good, only the hotel is too old without proper maintenance. The building is too old, and tools are not properly packed. The lift was scary, always has crashing sound when it used.
