The beddings and pillowcases were unclean, stained and smelly. Cockroaches were also spotted in the room. Badly cleaned and maintained. The buffet trays were not covered and food was exposed to air pollutants (especially the restaurant was located at roadside and open concept). No serving cutlery/tongs were provided and I've seen other diners using their own hands to pick up crackers (keropoks) from containers. Cannot take it anymore and had to check out before the last day to move to another hotel for our last night. Horrible experience.

2 Adults with 2 kids staying and after declaring to front desk that there were an additional two kids (9 and 7 years old), the hotel gave extra charge for one kid (50k). Unfortunately, there was no additional bed provided by the hotel and after asking they provided only 2 additional pillows. It was noisy since the hotel is located next to a pub. The cleanliness is good though.

The building is new, so it's awesome. The room interior is great. The outdoor recreation area is great. Facilities are complete. The location is good for access and rest. Bad sides: 1 # Restaurant is not active so breakfast is using a rice box, a little sad but OK. 2 # On the 2nd day, the room is untouched! I leave the room in the morning and return in the afternoon to find the room exactly as I left them. No room service makes up the room and refills the amenities. 3 # The water dead on the 2nd day morning. The crew need about half an hour to make it work.
