Aston is an excellent hotel for a family stay. I requested a room near the elevator because I was with a senior citizen. The hotel staff provided a room that met my expectations. The airport shuttle service was also satisfactory, costing Rp 50,000. Our Alphard vehicle was delivered to the airport by a very friendly and helpful driver. A truly memorable hotel.

This was my first time staying here and I immediately felt comfortable with the hotel. Ample parking, spacious rooms, a wide variety of food, and a clean hotel. The hotel is located on a main road, though not a main one, but it's quiet, so you can rest easy. The hotel is also connected to a cafe, so it's not deserted at night, and there's still activity downstairs.

I've stayed here several times. The service is excellent and friendly. For a 3-star hotel, I'd say this is the best, at least in Purwokerto. The building is also beautiful and clean. If I may suggest, it's better to get an Executive room, as it's truly value for money. Including the soundproofing, it's better than the Deluxe, and the price gap isn't that big. Oh yeah, all Executive rooms face the main road/sports hall, FYI.

The hotel is new, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the sheets are changed, the towels are changed every day, the drinking water is refilled every day, the bathroom is cleaned even if not requested. Breakfast is two portions per room, because I was alone, one portion can be taken away, very cool, so it saves money on food on the way home. Good job, Hotel Vienna. Next time I will stay here again..

10/10 apartment-type hotel with top-notch service. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The price is also affordable. Every time you enter or exit the lobby, no matter what time, you are always greeted and the door is opened with a smile.
