The hotel room was extremely unclean, starting from the carpet that felt excessively dusty. The bedsheets and towels were not clean, and I was supposed to receive two towels, but only one was provided. Additionally, the hotel slippers were not provided by default, so I had to make another phone call to request them.

Special request was not provided by hotel. Request non-smoking room & single bed. But check-in time was good.
