The first day the AC arrived, it wasn't cold, then the room smelled and the bathroom smelled. Then after complaining, the next day it was immediately cleaned and the AC started to cool. The breakfast is ok (don't expect anything fantastic). The staff is ok, and the room cleaners are also friendly.

Thank you Rudy for staying at Argya Santi Resort. we can only apologize for the delay in room preparation, as we were fully booked and the Eid holiday season yes we did have a problem with the linens being returned from the laundry however this is not just Argya Santi it's probably 95% of hotels in the area with the same problem . Once again I can only apologize for the inconvenience. We hope you will return in the future.

From the beginning, there were many problems: 1. Towels were not ready, promised at 7 pm but no one came and had to ask for force. 2. There are no hotel slippers either, ask for them to be given. 3. Trouble electricity does not turn on, hope to check in a bit late spy all ready and just rest but can't. 4. Not only that, AC trouble. There has been information from noon no one has responded, it was only handled at 12 at night. Very disturbed and can't rest. 5. There are non-halal foods and there is no information about this. Overall, the hotel doesn't seem ready if the conditions are overloaded with visitors, coming should be able to rest because they are tired of traveling long distances but instead make emotions.

Thank you for your review, and we are sad to read your review, sorry for the inconvenience of your problem, however due to Eid holidays yes we did experience some problems at home such as towels - this was not just a problem for us it was an issue with maybe 95% of hotels in the area due to requests - regarding air conditioning we acted on the problem as soon as we could once we heard about the problem. No slippers for the room this is not a problem I believe will make your stay unpleasant, for the electricity problem in your room it is a problem which is solved within 30 minutes after you check in. Regarding the food menu we have a choice of Halal food on the restaurant menu or if you are not sure our staff will be happy to help you on the halal menu. Once again thank you for staying.

The hotel is satisfying, the rooms are cool, especially the deluxe ones. There is a flower that is ready for free shuttle from the hotel outside Jimbaran Street. there is a home laundry in front of the hotel. fit for all occasions. Argyasanti resort is the best choice for you and your family.
