The breakfast buffet was mostly empty but not refilled, the chicken porridge smelled burnt to the point of being dry, there was no quality control, I went down at 9:45, but it was already sold out, while breakfast closed at 11:00. The sheets smelled really damp, the cool bar in the room was dead.

Checked in at 2 p.m. and was told to wait because the room wasn't ready. After waiting 30 minutes, other guests had already found their rooms. When asked again, they were told they weren't ready yet. We ended up waiting almost 45 minutes before a room was ready. The reception staff seemed unresponsive. The room was clean, and the hot water in the toilet was running smoothly.
