The staff is friendly and very helpful, and the hotel is strategically located and convenient. As for my room, yesterday I had twin beds combined. Overall, it was still comfortable, but the middle of the mattress felt a little uncomfortable, which made me a bit sore after sleeping. Hopefully, this will be addressed in the future to improve guest sleep comfort. Thank you, and we wish ARTOTEL Gajahmada Semarang continued success!

The hotel staff is friendly, the security is friendly. The staff at breakfast and the rooftop room are the best, they are all friendly and polite and always greet you. Then the cleaning service staff, wow, how can they speak English? They are so cool. Don't ask about the food, it's delicious. Bringing kids is safe, the food is kid-friendly. Anyway, where to stay in Semarang, ARTOTEL is the best 🫶🏻

The room is a bit cramped. Parking is limited. Access to the lobby is difficult due to the narrow, uphill road. The AC is cool and refreshing, and there's a city view.

I stayed here for a business trip. The lobby was nice and fragrant. The room was lovely and turned out designed by Andra Matin (you know who!). The only thing is the small parking area, but valet was there so that’s fine.
