Really enjoyed our stay at Aryaduta Bali. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the whole hotel had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for getting around, especially with a toddler. We really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after a day out. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again when we’re back in Bali.

Thank you to Mr. Wisnu as the very friendly and helpful front desk officer, and Mr. Dody/Dony who was willing to pick us up and drop us off at the beach outside of their hours. The room was comfortable, the kids loved the bunk bed, and the cleanliness was also good. Unfortunately, the sound from the hallway was very audible, so we often woke up at night because of other people's voices in the hallway. The food was okay. Thank you Aryaduta Bali!

Overall, this hotel was very good. The service, facilities, cleanliness, and comfort were quite satisfactory. Unfortunately, our stay was quite disrupted by several guests who were very noisy until late at night, significantly disrupting our sleep. We were moved by the hotel staff, hoping for a quieter environment, but were instead placed in the middle of a group of guests who caused the problem. We understand that hotels welcome guests from various countries and cultures, but every guest should still respect the comfort and rest time of others. It's quite disappointing that this type of disturbance should have been addressed more quickly by the hotel. Hopefully, in the future, the hotel will be more proactive in monitoring and reprimanding guests who disturb the peace, especially during the night. A good hotel is not just about facilities and service, but also about ensuring guests can sleep comfortably and peacefully.

Love staying at Aryaduta, only 7 minutes to the airport. Many shops and restaurants around. The varieties of the breakfast were good. It's not my first time and I will come again in the future.

Sometimes, it's not the destination that stays in our hearts… it's how people make us feel. ❤️🇮🇩 Our first trip to Bali was a weekend family getaway — 8 of us, from our 1-year-old grandson to adults in their 50s — celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and our two children's birthdays. As a first-time-visiting Muslim family, we worried about halal food, prayer convenience, and travelling with a toddler in a big group. Those worries disappeared fast. Even before arrival, every email enquiry was answered so professionally and warmly, giving us confidence from the start. On arrival, despite our flight landing an hour late, our transfer was still patiently waiting with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and we were surprised with room upgrades to spacious balcony rooms. More thoughtful touches followed — a birthday decoration, anniversary cards in every room, and easy WhatsApp communication throughout our stay. As Muslims, we appreciated the Qibla marker in every room, bidet-equipped bathrooms, audible azan from a nearby mosque, and halal breakfast daily. The buggy rides to Pantai Jerman were a lovely touch too, especially with a toddler and older family members. But what we'll remember most is the people — the friendly bellboys, the front desk staff's genuine smiles, and the restaurant team who made breakfast feel personal. Hospitality isn't always about luxury — it's about making guests feel seen, valued, and at home. That's exactly how Aryaduta Bali made us feel. ❤️ Terima kasih!

Got a free upgrade to a family room. Thank you so much. The room was clean, luxurious, sophisticated, and spacious. The hotel food was delicious, especially the noodle station, it was top-notch. The female chef in black really impressed me. I fell in love with her charm, her smile, and her seriousness. The receptionists were friendly and intelligent. The driver, Mr. Dodi, was very friendly, polite, soft-spoken, very helpful, and very pleasant. Our short trip to the airport felt warm. From getting into the car in the hotel lobby to getting out of the car at the airport, we were treated like royalty.
