I booked a deluxe room (room no. 14) with pool view and breakfast on Aug 2023. My room, include my bed, is clean enough, no bugs and stain like I read in the other reviews. The room and the bathroom is big, quiet place, but you should travel approx 10-15 mins to the center of the croud in Ubud (foods, market, etc) and the road to the Villa is small (but still can be accessed by car). Other things that I like is they can provide an easy and fast procedure for motorcycle rent. But there're several points to be improved: - Wifi quality: When I'm in the room there is almost no signal and the wifi is bad) - Breakfast option and time: The option isn't worth the price, time for breakfast only at 8-10 am, usually in the other place the breakfast can start from 6 am. Option only pancake, omelet, toast plus juice. - Swimming pool cleanliness: Clean but a little bit murky. - Towels quality and cleanliness. - Bathroom design is big but isn't effective, toiletries quality, and the some facilities in the bathroom aren't in good condition.

The villa is nice, clean, the owner is very friendly, the view of the rice fields and swimming pool is great. Once we arrived at the Villa, we were greeted warmly. The food and juices are delicious, the rooms and toilets are really spacious. Next, if you go to Ubud, definitely go to Villa Asri Sari Ubud again.

Very cool. The price is not too expensive but the complete facilities are more than a 5 star hotel (I ordered a private pool btw). The best thing is that the service is very friendly, I'm happy. Hopefully next time can come here again. Thank you.

I spent the night via OTA by chance a relative came. Overall good. There are only a few things to pay attention to. The greeting at the reception was not good, there was no greeting from the staff, the swimming pool was mossy maybe because of the pandemic, many staff were on unpaid leave, the AC room could not be turned on. The room entrance in the deluxe room is not good, too loud and the sound when you enter, please pay attention to the maintenance. Even though this property has a really good design. Very good price. For others it's good. Thank you Asri Sari Villa Ubud.

First the room was dirty, sheets, tables, dusty and cobwebs. No foot mat, no bathroom exhaust, bidet spray lying around, no hooks, bathroom ornaments are prone to falling, frail mattresses already have protruding springs. Breakfast is delivered to the room. We should have stayed 2 nights because we didn't like checking out the morning after the first night. The resort team also admits that resorts are rarely filled with guests and even surprised because all the rooms are full but that is not an excuse for dirty rooms. The price is relatively cheap but in the end it becomes expensive because you pay 2 nights for one night because you can't stand sleeping with a creaky mattress and a room that can be seen from the photos. Hopefully it can be fixed.
