great place to relax. bener2 ga perlu kemana2 krn semua ada di hotel. my son get his very much needed rest and swim all day. food was great, staff are friendly. wifi is also great, fast and stable, as I also have to work during my 3 days stay. will definitely back here when my son comes back from Boarding School.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived before check-in time, but since the room was ready, we went straight to our room. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the view was top-notch, and the atmosphere was comfortable and quiet despite the large number of guests. The best. Thank you, Aston Bogor.

The hotel staff is friendly, the dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are complete and delicious, the swimming pool is spacious, and there are indoor and outdoor playgrounds, as well as a jogging track. It's perfect for a family staycation. However, the en-suite bathroom only has a shower and requires a wait for hot water. The TV hasn't been upgraded to a smart TV (youtube, etc.).

A very enjoyable staycation, kids friendly, got fresh fruit without asking, could request a birthday cake for the kid whose birthday it was, watched together in the lobby, clean room, there was a river view & a nice environment for morning exercise, kids & parents were satisfied staying here, tq aston bogor 🥰

Service communication and coordination among hotel staffs was not optimum. Pest control also need to be improved. Like for instance, i did make a reservation for their hawaiian bbq on Sat night, arriving on time as per our reservation at the restaurant and to my surprise, we were asked to look for our own table. Then what’s the point of reserving in the first place? And although my name, room number and time of reservation was written down on the staff note, yet they didnt know who accepted my reservation. In the end, they managed to get me a table for me and my family, but it took some time. Around 9.30ish PM on my first night of stay, i ordered fresh fruit cuts, yet i had to wait for almost 30 mins++. After calling back to recheck where my order was, then only it came to my room (with compliments). Secondly, on probably a hectic weekend for the hotel, yet the didnt have any system to organize table and chairs against the guests coming to the restaurant. It was chaotic on dinner and more chaotic during breakfast. Third, i found a mouse in my room (2202). Reported to the staff, yet am not sure whether they managed to get “micky” out of my room or not — as they never came back to me with a report. So, service, communication, guest management system, and cleanliness needs to be improved.

Satisfied with my staycation here, the dinner was very varied and delicious, the room was upgraded, there are many swimming pools, there is a gym, the environment is spacious... overall the place is comfortable and the food is delicious, recommended to visit.
