Thank you Aston Cilegon.. My first experience staying here and very satisfied. Booked the ofura suite room type and was helped by a free upgrade to the Aston suite type. Got a lot of welcome cakes. The room was spacious, satisfied soaking in the ofura. The swimming pool is comfortable and the kids love it because it has a jacuzzi too. Thank you Sis Sofia who was very friendly and made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. Hopefully one day we can stay here again... Success to Aston Cilegon.

The front desk rarely greets people, only a few "special guests" are greeted as they enter and exit the lobby. At the restaurant during breakfast, one male staff member was very attentive to "trivial" matters that others couldn't. The only thing I hadn't gotten a drink from was the male staff member, who, sorry, was a bit bald in the middle, offered it to me. His service was exceptional.

The hotel is strategically positioned in the heart of Cilegon. Friendly staff and the room was lovely. However, it lacked soundproofing and you could easily hear other guests walking in the hallway. Overall, it was a good hotel to stay for a few nights considering the price and the location.

Book a non-smoking room, but when I check in I'm always given a smoking room or a twin room, even though the price for a single bed and a twin bed room is different. I paid more but was given a twin room. I've stayed here twice and it's always the same problem. Not to mention that when breakfast is at 9 am, drinking water is not refilled, only water is left, and food is not refilled, even though the last time for breakfast was at 10 am, now at 9 am there is no more food and drinks. With a fairly expensive room price, the food is like a 1-star hotel. Disappointed because this has happened twice.

The bedrooms and toilets were very clean and comfortable, and the kids' favorite foods were all delicious. Aston Hotel is the best👍
