We love staying at Aston Inn Batu! It was such a lovely experience. We stayed in their Junior Suite room, the room has a nice ambiance and is well maintained. The balcony has a mountain view and we could see the misty mountain view in the morning and afternoon. The food tastes good and the staff are nice. I would recommend Aston Inn Batu for sure!

Aston Inn Hotel Batu is one of my recommended hotels. The service is very friendly, the hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and fragrant, and the parking is spacious. The mountain views from the balcony are a real highlight. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM and was allowed an early check-in because my room was ready.

I returned to Aston Inn Batu because besides the comfortable rooms and the breakfast used to be really good, but now the food is a bit less tasty. But overall it's okay, and I will stay here again someday.

The room has a very beautiful view, directly overlooking the mountains. The entire staff is nice, but the floor in the room seems to need more maintenance. Breakfast is quite varied, but the chicken porridge, noodles, and vermicelli are a bit bland, and the stir-fried tempeh is a bit dry. The Madura porridge is delicious, and the desserts are varied. Thank you.

Actually, overall, the standard rooms and services of the Aston Group are definitely okay, but during my stay, I was disturbed by the alarms of the hotel guests' parked cars, which kept sounding from night to early morning, which was very annoying.

Nice view, breakfast, and good food. The downside is that there's construction going on next door. Besides blocking the balcony view, there's also a lot of noise from the construction workers. It's best to stay after construction is complete.

This was my first time here, so disappointed!! Even though we stayed here for 3 days. I had initially requested a single bed from the front desk, but instead, I was given a twin-bed room with the beds combined. Not good for sleeping!! The vinyl flooring was badly damaged and very sharp, hitting my feet. The AC was leaking and not cooling at all, even though I had requested repairs, it was still leaking and not cooling. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good. The environment was pleasant, it was close to everywhere, and the view was also good.

Overall, everything was okay. The breakfast variety and taste weren't the same as they were 4-5 years ago when I used to come here often. The tastes aren't to my taste buds as an Indonesian. The croissants also tasted strange, unlike before. It was a bit different. It was also a bit noisy at night due to the live music from the pool area, but that was understandable.
