The location of Aston Gideon Inn is very good, close to city center, easy to find food, and is very close to the market. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lobby and room are very clean. Variety of menus with different tastes for breakfast. After all, this hotel is highly recommended and will certainly be back for our next trip to Batam.

This hotel is good as the room is quite spacious, clean, and the location is very good. It's easy to find food as there are hawkers everywhere nearby. Besides, it's very close to the traditional market. The staff are very friendly too, breakfast is also tasteful and very diverse. Overall, it's recommended.

My 4th time staying here. Every time I travel with family and friends, this is one of the better hotels with a good location. It is near the Penuin Market and BCS (Batam City Square) & Grand Batam Mall are a walking distance away. Good food options and massage centers are also plenty along the shophouses. There is a dental clinic right opposite which has affordable cleaning & whitening service.

Near shopping and food. Depend on budget, if with family, Gideon Aston good. If solo traveler and not spending too much time on the hotel, can opt for a cheaper hotel nearby.

Forgot to take a photo, this is the second time I've stayed here, the hotel is clean, the food is delicious, it's close to Grand Batam Mall and BCS Mall, just a short walk away, and there are lots of places to eat around the hotel.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to BCS and a market selling a variety of crackers and dried fish for souvenirs. It's also surrounded by eateries. The breakfast menu at the hotel is very varied and delicious. It's very busy in the morning, and it can be a bit difficult to find a table. However, when I wanted to borrow duct tape and markers, I was told they didn't have any. It's truly unfortunate that a hotel like Aston can't provide them for guests. I hope the staff can improve their service in the future. Thank you.
