First time staying at Aston Kemayoran, the view and service are really cool. I even extended for 2 more nights, it was perfect when I was on vacation and wanted to go to Ancol, it was really close. Welcome drinks were also provided in the lobby. The room was also clean.. neat.. really cool 👍🏻 The building is also adjacent to Hermina Hospital, then downstairs there is also Indomaret/lawson 24h/Maxx coffee/janji jiwa/CFC.. so if you want to buy snacks you don't have to go far or don't need to go to a goshop or something like that. The Sky Rooftop is the coolest, you can see the cool view of Jakarta city, especially at sunset, it's really cool and then see the city lights at night is beautiful. If I go to Jakarta again, I will continue to stay here ❤️👍🏻

-Check-in time was 30 minutes late. -The room was not soundproof, the noise from other rooms in the hallway entered the room. -Water refill for the room, 2 empty dispenser spots on the 20th floor, replaced after I reported it to the operator. -The room phone line was broken, IT was not available on the weekend. -No hot water, the elevator was unable to accept access cards to the rooms from several guests when coming from the lobby

Room is clean but the noise from other rooms is heard while walking through the aisle but once in the room, the noise is not heard. The elevator to the parking is really slow, probably because offices are there too

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is good, the hotel is nice. I stayed in room 2325, but the room was not soundproof, aka it was very noisy all night long, the sound of vehicles was very loud so I couldn't sleep all night. Try to make the room soundproof so that guests can sleep comfortably.

This is my first time staying at an Aston Hotel, and it was very disappointing. 1. I asked for a prayer mat from Asr until Maghrib, and it was only delivered before Isha. And even then, I had to call several times. 2. The receptionist, especially the male, was unfriendly. 3. The AC wouldn't cool. Requests for a technician didn't come from check-in until the next day. Even then, we called in an angry tone before the technician arrived. 4. The alarm kept going off, disturbing and panicking guests. Then there was an announcement over the speaker, but the language used didn't say "Sorry for the inconvenience" or even just "Sorry." 5. The next day, there was another electrical problem. As usual, there was an announcement over the speaker, but there was no apology. 6. The room wasn't soundproof, so outside noise, vehicles, ambulances, etc., were very loud, disrupting my rest. Please train the Aston employees more to improve their service and improve the facilities.

Everything was fine: the bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and check-in was easy... The only downside was that the room wasn't soundproof, and early in the morning (around 7 a.m.) it was already very noisy in the adjacent room. I thought someone was checking out, but the AC was being repaired nearby. I stayed here because it was close to an event I was organizing. I needed a good night's sleep, but the timing of the AC repairs disrupted my sleep until 10 a.m. What was even more unfortunate was that the room was empty. I thought it was already occupied and asked for the AC to be fixed. Hopefully, things will improve in the future. I have lots of events nearby.
