Room is clean. Hospitality is ok. Breakfast is just ok. Bike rental and minimart is beside the hotel. Everyday have movie night in front of hotel by the beach. Only the wall between room is quite thin and if you got a busy noisy neighbor you will definitely tripped.

Hotel looks old but it is still fine and well maintained, wonderful view of mount Agung, swimming pool is clean, room is big enough, breakfast has many selection but still need improvement, first night I stayed, crispy fish was not fresh and smelly, black sticky rice was burnt, corn soup was taste bad, the corn was still shrank and not very well cooked, and they served it for breakfast, at the end we couldn't eat it, I informed the staff already. The second night, the breakfast was good, crispy chicken, fried rice, fried noodle, pastry, salad, all of it was fresh. The movie time is actually good but needs to have a new projector and sound system, since it is blurred, I saw the other hotel they have the clear one. Overall I am happy to stay there:) keep up the good work and humble to everyone, either to local or to tourists.

The second time staying at Aston, never disappointed, want to go to the beach and stay in front of the hotel, the sunset view is the best, the beach is clean, it's really comfortable to bring the family here, it feels like a private beach, far from the loud music, really recommended, enough breakfast varied, tastes good, best breakfast on the beach, but unfortunately it was raining since morning, so breakfast was in the lobby.

The hotel and its facilities are very good, especially with the family it fits perfectly, the children's game page, the pool is good. It's just that in the holiday season the accommodation to the hotel is quite long because of the long distance from the port, maybe cooperation with local transportation can be improved again.

The minuses first: The location is far from the Gili Harbor, while taking the 125r thousand cidomo (delman) at least one way. For dinner, there are many choices at Gili Harbor, the streets are dark and far away. Eat at the hotel for a long time. The garden is a bit unkempt, the grass has dried up and many have died, it's a shame. Pluses: The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a welcome drink of iced tea and snacks, 24 hours as much as you like. Perfect for quenching thirst. The breakfast is varied and delicious, although mostly western. But satisfied. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable. The sound of the tv is small, call the hotel clerk, then replace it with another tv. The pool is spacious, the faucet rinses a lot. In the evening sunset on the beach in front of the hotel, very comfortable. Unfortunately 2 nights stayed there, the weather was cloudy, not good. The most epic thing is that every night there is a cinema in front of the hotel, use a bean bag on the beach sand, you can order food and drink too. The film is good and quite updated. A new and fun experience, treating its location far from everywhere.

Access from the pier is a bit far but very worth it, especially for those who want to be comfortable and private. The hotel crew is very friendly and helpful. The food is quite pricy but the taste does not disappoint. Breakfast on the beach which is very clean and cool is an unforgettable experience. Very recommended.

Lokasi bagus untuk melihat sunset, jarak 3 km dari pelabuhan penyeberangan, jika ga bawa koper sebaiknya langsung sewa sepeda di pelabuhan, naik cidomo biaya 100 ribu.

I also agree that the location which is 3 km from the ferry port is quite easy to reach by public transportation such as bicycles or cidomo. However, if you don't have big luggage with you, it is recommended to rent a bicycle directly at the port to save costs. Luar biasa pelayanan hotel ini, dengan para petugasnya yang sangat ramah dan sangat membantu, informatif juga bersedia mencarikan solusi. Kami sekeluarga hanya berencana menginap 1 malam, mengambil area yang tenang karena ingin beristirahat, tapi karena keramahannya petugasnya, maka kami extend 1 malam lagi di Gili Trawangan. Pantainya indah dan bersih tepat di depan hotel, tidak perlu repot mencari spot sunset. Acara menunggu sunset jadi lebih menyenangkan karena disediakan barbeque dan makanan all you can eat hanya dengan membayar 150 ribu nett per orang plus diskon jika membayar non tunai. Selain itu tamu disuguhkan acara nonton film bareng dan disediakan bean bag. Sunset bagus, pantai bersih, makanan all you can eat, film pilihan dan langit yang bertaburan bintang, membuat liburan jadi menyenangkan. Terlihat seperti review yang berlebihan, tapi itulah yang keluarga kami rasakan, tetap berada di Aston Sunset Beach untuk 1 malam lagi adalah pilihan yang tepat, karena kami akhirnya bisa mengelilingi pulang dengan sepeda kayuh dan sepeda listrik, hari terakhir sebelum check out bahkan kami masih melakukan private snorkling (info dari petugas hotel) dan berkuda di pantai. Sesuai dengan namanya memang spot yang bagus untuk liat sunset. Staf hotel sangat ramah dan banyak membantu. Kami dateng sekitar jam 11 dan diinformasikan bahwa check in jam 2 siang namun kalo kamar sudah siap bisa langsung check-in dan ternyata memang bisa check-in karena kamar sudah siap. Ruang tunggu nyaman dan disediakan free snack dan minum. Ada taman bermain anak dan kolam renang tepat di depan kamar kami. Saya request free dekorasi untuk Perayaan Anniversary dan dberikan dekorasi yang cantik. Sarapan nyaman karena benar-benar deket pantai. Jarak dari dermaga ke hotel memang sedikit agak jauh. Kami dateng langsung sewa sepeda 80 ribu untuk 2 sepeda jadi kami tinggal kayuh sepeda sampai hotel. Kalau barang bawaan banyak disarankan naik cidomo harga sekitar 75-100 ribu coba ditawar. Ada movie night di depan hotel dan bisa pesan makanan, seru banget namun karena anak saya sudah terlelap kami hanya melihat-melihat sebentar dan kembali ke kamar hotel. Nanti kalo main ke Gili saya mau menginap di sini lagi. Terima kasih Aston Gili ❤
