The hotel was filthy and dusty, gloomy, and made me shudder. The room was filthy, with a thick, sticky floor. The bathroom's bathtub leaked. The hot water wouldn't turn on. The swimming pool was covered in moss.

Not according to the photo. Can't swim because the pool is mossy like a fish pond. The sheets smell like new sheets. If you want to stay, the hotel must fix everything. The price will be increased.

Perhaps cleanliness could be improved in the future. There were still dirty toothbrushes and a very dirty blanket in the bathroom. I was also disappointed that there wasn't a water heater, even though I had a baby with me. However, I was satisfied that the room was very spacious and the air conditioning was cold.

For that price, it's still a good hotel in Solo. The bed sheets and pillows are faded, the bathroom is not clean, there is no hot water, the faucet is broken, breakfast is fried rice with eggs and hot chocolate delivered to the room, not a buffet, the kettle is rusty, there is no shampoo, the facilities in the room and around the hotel seem poorly maintained.

Very disappointed with the WhatsApp reservation admin. I confirmed my order with the hotel reservation number on Thursday night, and they replied on Friday afternoon. After that, I replied again, and it was just read.

The cleanliness of this hotel is very lacking. The bedroom and bathroom are dirty. The TV and Wi-Fi don't work either. The swimming pool is also dirty and unusable. Fortunately, the AC is still cool, the toilet still works well, and the breakfast is still quite tasty.

When we first entered the room, we were immediately hit by the pungent smell of cigarette smoke, even though we brought 2 toddlers. We tried to complain, but they said the room was full and only sprayed with fragrance. The water heater also didn't work, even though we brought toddlers, it was useless to complain, they would definitely say the room was full again😌. Apart from that, the swimming pool was pretty good...
