The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is close to the Puncak highway, I chose the Amarise family room, the sheets were dirty, the curtains were dirty, the tap water was dirty (brown), the floor seemed to have never been mopped, the swimming pool water was dirty, actually this is a good hotel but it is not well maintained and spooky. I checked in around 7 pm, and the atmosphere was really spooky. Finally we tried to relax and have coffee at Atanapi Coffee, and it turned out the kids still wanted to go home because it was spooky. Finally at 10 pm we checked out.

Overall good staff, fast response, average food, AC not cold enough for a family room, a bit spooky maybe because there are lots of unused rooms, if there are lots of people staying it's ok. Only if it's quiet it's a bit scary too hahaha.

The room is horror, can't sleep. The lights can't be set. The room wasn't ready when I checked in, had to wait a long time. There should have been more lights on the balcony like staying in the Amazon forest. Too scary and horror. Luxurious room but at night there are many 😈. The blanket smells musty, the table under the table is inert, the cupboard is broken so it looks like an abandoned building.

Sebenarnya area ini luas banget, cuma banyak bangunan yang tidak terpakai, sangat disayangkan. Untuk area-nya sejuk karena masih banyak pepohonan yang menutupi area sekitar, makasih tempat ini menjadi pengalaman yang sangat berkesan buat kami.

Speechless, I saw in the app they had score 8/10. But then when we just arrived around 12 am. The places are spooky and very unmaintained. You know, the helper didn't offering us to bring our bags. And when just arrived, the room are very dirty, the bed sheet oh my god. A lot of ants and dust. Then floor is miserable. My daughter even didn't want sleep at all. So we decided to run away and move to another hotels. Its so crazy. I forgot to take a picture because. I can't even seat at that room. We ran away after 10 minutes check in. Its. 0/10.

1. Hotel Tua, dimana kondisi bangunannya sangat tidak terawat, banyak plafon yang bolong-bolong dibiarkan begitu saja. 2. Tidak ada telpon operator, dikasihnya nomer HP. 3. Handuk di Kamar adalah handuk yang dirobek menjadi beberapa bagian. 4. Air Panas ga bisa nyala, harus menunggu gas dulu. 5. Sarapan sangat tidak recommended, rasanya ga enak, pilihannya juga asal-asalan. 6. Kolam renang nya juga tidak diurus, dedaunan berserakan dimana mana dan di dalam kolam banyak banget. 7. Suasanya serem alias spooky. 8. Kalau mau nginep di sini mending survey aja dulu deh, daripada nyesel. Terima Kasih.
