The first day after checking in, I was given a room full of tiny cockroaches. After complaining, I was thankfully upgraded to a cleaner room. The next day, after breakfast, I wanted to return to my room, but the door wouldn't open because the battery on the door handle had run out. Please improve the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms.
