The bed/mattress is a little uncomfortable (it sags/drops in the middle) the pillow is too high so it's uncomfortable to use on the head/neck, I use a sofa cushion to be able to sleep. The room is spacious and clean, but it's not soundproof, someone opening the door can be heard very clearly.
