A very Perfect 3 Days 2 Nights Experience !! All Staff are Very Kind and Helpful. Hotel Access is close to Lawang Sewu and Right behind DP Mall Wichis, making it very easy if you need something. The Ambience Room is Very Comfortable. Breakfast is very varied, even there is Ice Cream and PopCorn for the kids. Very Nice !!

strategic location but congested because it is close to the mall
service is ok and friendly. Rooms and towels are clean. There is a playground for children. There is a mini gym but the equipment needs to be replaced with a stronger one

There is no partition door for the bathroom area and the room, so it looks muddy and dirty. And it smells when someone defecates. Access to the hotel is blocked by mall visitors in front of the hotel and the mall parking area

We came during a super long weekend, the receptionist was very quick, the hotel was quite clean, only the ambiance was all black so it felt dark to me. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the parking lot and access to the lobby, we happened to bring a fairly large car, to drop off our parents in the lobby was a bit difficult, the car had to go back and forth because it was very narrow. Then the parking lot was also small, so we had to use valet, because all the cars were parked in piles. But the valet attendant was quite alert.
