What a wonderful hidden gem of a place. Beautiful pool, immaculate rooms and friendly staff. Travelled around Barlow but my heart was always pinning for another night here! First a little worried with on going building work at the front of the property but this did not inconvenience us at all. An oasis. Had super massages too

WOW! Gorgeous tiny hotel (there’s only 4 rooms!). This place is well worth a visit if you’re planning to go to Ubud. We had two rooms and they were huge! The bathrooms equally large and outdoors but totally private too. The staff are super friendly and breakfast was nice. All four of the rooms are on one level with two either side of the open main building and all look out onto the infinity pool. The pool spills over into the rain forest and when we arrived there were a few monkeys walking around the edge of the decking - much to the delight of my daughter. We spent a few hours the next morning just watching them swing through the trees while we lazed in the pool. We didn’t have dinner at the hotel as we had family across the road at the Kayon Resort so walked there in the evening. You’d need to get a taxi or use the free shuttle to get into Ubud centre as you are out in the jungle here. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area that wants peace and quiet in gorgeous setting.

Stayed At this place with a friend, it was beautiful and well worth the price, we would definitely return and missed it as soon as we left! The outdoor bathroom is insane, and the bed is amazing. Internet is awesome, which is rare in Bali. Thank you pandawas, we love you!

We pulled up to a junkyard at the front of the property and major construction going on next door. We walked into the property and it was very tired looking and the pool was murky. Our driver didn’t want to leave the car as he was concerned about theft. We decided not to stay and luckily found another hotel. This property may have been nice once but not anymore. This not even close to 4 or 5 stars.

The Hotel is in amazing condition. Its in the middle of a forrest lizards and cool animals roam walls (NOT INSIDE THE ROOM) but in the lobby. The bathroom, shower and indoor "pool" are located in the room with a connecting door to the outside (PRIVATE). The baby pool takes a long time to fill up and I don't think there is enough hot water to fill it up. The staff is amazingly helpful, and easy to deal with. I booked the wrong night and had dietary needs that the hotel accommodated for. Extremely nice and pleasant people. Its close to UBUD and its nice not to be in the overlycrowded city. If your of the beaten path or love nature this is the place for you. Also the bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept in Including my home bed

They could have done a lot of small things to improve the experience. New pool furnitue, clean top window in the bathroom, all lights working, shower working and be more available for the guests. In general be more quality conscious. Make the beds with sheet under the bed cover etc. The pool was nice and good sized but one of the light fixtures floated up with the electirc cord still connected. On a positive note they offer a very good free shuttle service to Ubud. A lot of life in the forrest (liszzards, birds & monkeys).

A very small & private hotel in a quite area. They have a nice pool and lounging area in front of the villas. There is jungle right behind the hotel, where you can listen to the jungle with very nice views. Rooms are big & comfortable. Semi-outside bathroom was also an interesting experience. They'd take to you downtown Ubud when you need (5 mins ride) & catching a ride back to hotel is also easy. A very unique experience with enough luxury feeling overall.

Quiet, peaceful surroundings set amidst greenery, but a little far out from the town area. However, the staff are flexible with the shuttle service and will pick-up/drop off in town. Room was huge! My girlfriend and I stayed at Pandawas Villas for about 7 nights at the end of December 2016 and it was EXTRAORDINARY! First, I must say that Pandawas is not directly located in Ubud…and that this is a very good thing. The villas are in Tegallalang (sp?), only a short ride from town, but it makes all the difference. It provides a very relaxing escape from the busy streets of Ubud. The property has beautiful lush flora, a large pool, and the villas are quite large and spacious. The outdoor bathroom is incredibly relaxing as you awake in the morning and shower. You may even have visits from critters on the property, as a macaque briefly stopped by while we were there. It’s just a very relaxing and beautiful property. In addition to the perfect property and room, the staff was probably the kindest and most accommodating staff that I have ever interacted with. You can tell they just want you to be happy. One small criticism: ordering your food is not very convenient. You have to order meals in advance, which can complicate things if you’re trying to build an itinerary. Hint: walk uphill along the road that led to Pandawas and check out the Balinese village. Nice experience.

We found Pandawas Villas to be a wonderful escape away from the touristy part of Bali. Close enough to Ubud so that it required only a short ride but isolated enough that you heard nothing but the local wildlife. Only four villas looking over an infinity pool and jungle made it very private and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and we loved that the bathrooms were partially open-air. We also loved the staff...very nice and helpful. I was sick during one of the nights and they made me a traditional Indonesian soup on their own. A great value.

Very impressed by this hotel and the staff. Absolute luxury and very fair price. Would certainly recommend. The decor was awesome.

Apart from the service being a bit slow at times when ordering drinks to the villa everything else was amazing.
