I've been here many times and as usual it's been good, but this time there was a small complaint: both of the stirrers in the room were dirty, like they were used, so I had to clean them myself. And as a repeat guest who's been here many times, why are you always asked for an ID card? Is the data not saved? But overall, it's still good.

Music facilities in the hotel corridors are better removed because they disturb the silence and make rest less comfortable, especially for this hotel is not soundproof so from inside the room it can be heard clearly. I have complained and the volume was immediately lowered, but not long after it became loud again. Please evaluate, thank you.
